Tried shorting @$9.45 yesterday but there weren't any available shares! weak!

Overvalued. In it's most recent
earnings release, we see that for the year:

1) Operating income down about 30%
2) Unrealized Derivative Fair Value loss of $5.036 million
3) Net Income was down ~65%

Weak earning power and taking into account the rest of its assets and liabilities, it's overvalued and there's some downside.
